DouroAzul honoured for the 3rd consecutive year at the Infraspeak Awards

DouroAzul, a leader in the river cruise sector, has once again been recognized at the prestigious Infraspeak Awards. This marks the third consecutive year of distinction and reinforces its commitment to operational efficiency and excellence in maintenance management. 

The Infraspeak Awards highlight Facility Management and Maintenance companies that achieve outstanding results through the use of the Infraspeak platform. In 2025, DouroAzul was awarded in the category of “Most Efficient Operation: Bronze”, strengthening its position as a benchmark in the river cruise industry. 

This accolade acknowledges DouroAzul’s dedication to optimizing its processes and continuously improving the quality of its services. The effective use of the Infraspeak platform has led to significant productivity gains and operational management improvements. According to Felipe Ávila da Costa, CEO of Infraspeak, these awards honor “the true heroes of the industry, those who work tirelessly to ensure the smooth operation of buildings and assets.” 

The award ceremony took place on February 27 during the IFM Summit Lisbon 2025, an event organized in partnership with the IFM — Intelligence for Maintenance community. Held at the Estoril Congress Center, the event gathered over 500 professionals in the Facility Management and Maintenance Management fields from across the country. 

With this latest recognition, DouroAzul reaffirms its mission to innovate and continuously raise efficiency and service standards in the river cruise sector.
