DouroAzul recognizes the importance of continuous training as a vehicle for professional development, both for individuals and the company itself. Therefore, we invest heavily throughout the year in internal training synergies and the acquisition of external knowledge through our Academy and reputable entities.
WORKSHOPS & MASTERCLASSES
DouroAzul has established a partnership with ISAG – European Business School and EHTP – School of Hospitality and Tourism of Porto, whose excellent training programs are conducted by highly qualified teaching staff and professionals. Together, we offer Workshops and MasterClasses in close collaboration with our corporate teams. These training sessions are aimed at employees, active professionals, or the unemployed who wish to enhance and develop their technical skills with renowned specialists in the fields of hospitality, tourism, and catering.
Kick-Off
Every year, at the beginning of the season and until the cruises start, DouroAzul holds a Kick-off activity. In a relaxed and lively environment, this process consists of a period of technical training, organizing activities focused on team welcoming and team building. The main objective is to integrate, motivate and strengthen our teams and organizational culture.
