
River Sightseeing unveils new identity and strengthens presence in the Douro

River Sightseeing, a brand operated by DouroAzul, has officially unveiled its new visual identity, marking the beginning of a new chapter in river tourism in the Douro. The rebranding was revealed on July 17th during an exclusive event aboard one of the traditional rabelo boats, bringing together partners and guests to celebrate this new phase of the brand.
Known for its iconic Bridges Cruise, which sails under the six bridges between Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia, River Sightseeing has established itself as a key player in the Douro, offering authentic and memorable river experiences.
The new visual identity reflects a bolder, more contemporary, and emotional approach. It breaks away from the traditional codes of the sector, aiming for a distinctive presence and a positioning more aligned with today’s travelers’ expectations. This change represents a clear strategy of differentiation, growth, and enhancement of the Douro as a destination, in coordination with local partners.
