MysticInvest takes part in ESG WEEK 2026
MysticInvest will be present at the 5th edition of ESG WEEK, taking place on 22 and 23 April 2026 at Fórum Picoas, in Lisbon. Representing the company will be Marisa Costa, Head of Sustainability at MysticInvest.
Participation in this initiative reflects the growing importance of integrating ESG principles – environmental, social and governance – into the evolution of tourism and the maritime sector, in a context where sustainability, responsibility and a long-term vision are playing an increasingly relevant role.
For DouroAzul, this presence is particularly relevant, as it reinforces a vision for the future in which the growth of river tourism must go hand in hand with environmental, social and governance responsibility. In a sector deeply connected to territories, communities and natural and cultural heritage, this reflection is now essential.
As a company within MysticInvest, DouroAzul closely follows this commitment to a more responsible development model, based on long-term value creation and on an increasingly conscious approach to the challenges shaping the future of tourism.
Organised by APEE – Associação Portuguesa de Ética Empresarial, ESG WEEK has established itself as a leading initiative in the debate around sustainable development and ESG criteria, bringing together companies, academia, the public sector and civil society.
A strategic vision for the future
As Marisa Costa, Head of Sustainability at MysticInvest Holding, highlights:
“At MysticInvest Holding, we believe that the future of tourism and the maritime sector depends on our ability to integrate environmental sustainability, social responsibility and strong governance. Joining ESG WEEK 2026 reinforces our commitment to a growth model that is more responsible, innovative and prepared for future generations.”
MysticInvest’s presence at ESG WEEK 2026 therefore reinforces a strategic vision that values innovation, responsibility and the creation of lasting value — principles that also shape the way DouroAzul looks at the future of tourism on the Douro.
